Welcome to Organize Your Way LLC and Spill That Tea LLC! I'm Shameka Williams, the proud owner and Director of Operations for both companies. From Monday to Friday, I bring my expertise as the Director of Operations for a Chicago Charter School, and during my free time, I pour my heart and soul into my entrepreneurial ventures.

My journey started back in 2017, and since then, I haven't looked back. I am incredibly passionate about what I do, and I bring that passion, along with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, to every project I undertake. Whether it's through Organize Your Way LLC, where I focus on eliminating clutter and disorganization in businesses, homes, and spaces, or through Spill That Tea LLC, where I provide event decor rentals, table and chair rentals, and host empowering events, my goal is to make a positive impact.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I am blessed with a large and loving family, as well as some truly amazing friends who support me along the way. It's their encouragement and the joy I find in my work that drives me to deliver excellence in everything I do.
